Terms and Conditions for NUYU Clinic

1. **Consultations**
All clients must have a consultation prior to treatment. This can be on the same day as your appointment for convenience.

2. **Appointments**
- A booking deposit of 50% of treatment price is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be deducted from the final treatment cost.
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving late may risk rescheduling and forfeiting your deposit to be used for your re-booked appointment.

3. **Cancellations and Rescheduling**
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- Failure to provide notice within this time will result in the loss of deposit.

4. **Suitability for Treatment**
- The clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable for the client’s health or well-being.
- Clients must provide full and accurate health information during the consultation.

**Refunds**
- Payments for treatments are non-refundable unless the clinic deems a refund is necessary due to medical contraindications.

A booking fee is applied by our payment platform (estimated at 5%), this will be deducted from your refund.
- Treatment packages are non-transferable and must be used within the agreed timeframe.

6. **Children Policy**
- Children are not permitted in the treatment areas. Clients bringing children must ensure they are supervised by another adult.

7. **Aftercare**
- Clients are provided with detailed aftercare instructions. Failure to follow these instructions may impact treatment outcomes, for which NUYU holds no responsibility.

8. **Health and Safety**
- Please do not attend your appointment if you feel unwell. The clinic may refuse treatment to protect staff and other clients.

 9. **Liability**
- The clinic is not liable for any adverse effects caused by failure to disclose relevant health information or follow aftercare advice.
- Results from treatments can vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.

10. **Data Protection**
All personal information collected during consultations or treatments is stored securely and used solely for the purpose of providing services, in accordance with GDPR regulations.

11. **Changes to Terms**
The clinic reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated to clients in advance.
